Who We Are

  • Unity Community Homeless Initiative was founded on November 6, 2025, to help fight hunger and support people facing homelessness and hardship. We work with local partners and volunteers to make sure people have the food and care they need.

What We Do

  • Food Support – We help connect people to meals, food pantries, and emergency food resources.

  • Community Outreach – We show up in the community to share food, information, and support.

  • Resource Connections – We connect families to shelters, support programs, and local services.
